Many of us put time and effort into reading our Bible, but how often do we really take the time to dissect, study, and interpret it? The Bible is a blend of history, personal accounts, and divine work that come together to make one Holy Truth. Uncovering all of its intricacies requires active study and research on top of consistent reading and prayer. This study will give you tools that can be used to deepen your understanding of scripture. Each week, after discussing a particular method used in biblical study, we will put it to practice on verses that require specific insight to catch all of its meanings. Lastly, it will better prepare you to tackle scripture more successfully on your own and lead a bible study effectively in the future.
Lilly Arnold - I AM: A Study on the Character of Jesus and Our Identity in Him

In the gospel of John, Jesus makes seven "I am" statements, each revealing an aspect of His nature and relationship with us. Nurturing our relationship with Christ involves getting to know Him better, which is exactly the aim of this study. We will dive into each of these seven statements, learning more about the character of Jesus and how we should respond to who He is. Additionally, we will define who WE are as believers, exploring what scripture says about our identity in Christ.
Ari Krizan - The Dreamer: Joseph's Trials Turned to Triumph

You've heard of the coat. You've heard of the dreams. You may have even heard of the musical. This semester we will dive into the life and times of Joseph, and just exactly what that means for us today. Although his trademark is his coat of many colors, Joseph's story goes far beyond a special garment. In this study, we will explore how God uses even our lowest moments for His glory. As we unpack Joseph's journey, we will explore how God works in our lives, especially in the unexpected ways.
