GENERAL BIBLE STUDY INFO
Some of the most impactful experiences of Kappa Phi are our Bible Studies! This organization provides a safe space for girls of all denominations to gather, learn about God, and grow in fellowship. After a brief trial period, girls are able to choose a Bible Study to attend for the semester that caters best to their schedule and spiritual interests.

Ari Krizan - Chaplain
The Twelve
At the beginning of His ministry, Jesus chose twelve. These twelve men would go on to witness Christ’s miracles, death, and resurrection before pioneering the early church. This semester, we will dive into several significant moments where the twelve witnessed the glory of Jesus that would change the course of their lives forever. In this study, we will unpack how these sinful, imperfect men were able to carry out the Holy, perfect mission that we inherit today.

My Refuge
I wanted to discuss the emotions that we fell as college students by using galations 5:22-23 as a guide. I wanted to connect verses that talk about emotions and actions (joy, love, patience, etc.) and how we should deal with the negative ones. By embracing the fruits of the Spirit, we can begine to understand and navigate our emotions through a godly lens.

Wisdom of Women
We will be reading and discussing the stories of several women from the Bible that you may know and those you may not be familiar with. Some of them are prominent figures in the Bible, like Ruth and Esther, while others might only be a small blip in the overarching narrative, such as Rahab and even the woman of Bahurim, but that doesn't make them any less important. Come to this with an open mind and heart so that we can all learn more about these wise women and how they further God's kingdom, so that we can also embody these traits.

Jesus Freaks
There are many people in the Bible who lived fully for God and weren't afraid of what other people had to say about them. They faced persecution, public shame, and accusations, all in the name of the Lord who commanded them and in order to abide and be uplifted. In this Bible study, we'll talk about why we should also not be afraid to publicly follow Him by relating their experiences to our everyday lives.

7:30 PM Wednesday

God of Promises Delivered
Every promise God has made, He has delivered! His resurrection was the deliverance of all of His covenants to His purpose. For this Bible study, we will use verses typically read at church on the night before Easter. We will read and revisit Bible studies from the beginning to the end and look at them from a new angle; how they point back to the King.
